Strawberry Mousse

Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 tin Condensed milk
80ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
300gr Strawberries
1 teaspoon vanilla essence or 1 vanilla pod
250 ml  (1 tub) cottage cheese
250 ml cream

METHOD

Mix condensed milk and lemon juice.
Mix the vanilla and the cottage cheese.
Combine the two mixtures with the strawberries in a food processor and process lightly.
Whisk the cream until stiff and add to the strawberry mixture
Scoop out the mixture into a glass bowl and refrigerate for up to 3 hours to set.
