Zandvliet Pocket Power
This wine is made to honour the memory of Pocket Power, one of the greatest racehorses in South African history, born and bred on Zandvliet. This remarkable horse won numerous races, trophies and awards during his lifetime and was known as “The People’s Champion”, voted “Champion Horse of the Year” in 2007; 2008 & 2009. He broke many standing records, including being the first horse in history to win 4 consecutive Queens Plate races, 3 consecutive J&B Mets & 1st ever winner of the Triple Winter Crown.
