One cup red wine
3/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
5 cloves, crushed garlic
2 tablespoons diced onions
3 sprigs rosemary

Combine all the ingredients into a large resealable bag, add the steaks and refrigerate for 4 – 6 hours, turning the bag periodically to coat the meat.
Braai the steaks to your personal taste.
