80ml olive oil
60ml white wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried chilli
1.5kg chicken pieces

Combine all the ingredients, coat the chicken in the sauce and allow four hours to marinade in the fridge. Braai the chicken over medium coals and brush over remaining marinade until done.
